New

Woot Dash 2.0 is rolling out now. It updates automatically.

Your data comes with you. Designs, sales history, payments and your Pro licence all move across on their own. Nothing is deleted, and your old data stays on your machine as a backup. You do not need to do anything.

Why this version exists

Shirt.Woot only ever publishes running totals, never "sold today". So a day's sales are the difference between two readings, and the day's number is only as good as when the last reading was taken.

Until now, if you did not keep a Shirt.Woot tab open, Woot Dash took a single reading per day, usually in the morning. Your Yesterday was really counting from morning to morning, and nothing on screen told you that. This is the reason a lot of daily numbers never quite looked right.

What changed

The day is now closed just before it ends. Woot Dash takes a reading in the last minutes of the Woot day, so Today and Yesterday line up with the actual day.

It reads through the day, not once. Every few hours in the background, when you open the dashboard, and while you have a Shirt.Woot tab open.

It tells you when it does not know. If your computer was off and readings were missed, the tile now says which date it is really counting from, instead of quietly showing several days as Today.

New

Click any month on a chart to see which designs are behind that number. Click any design name or thumbnail anywhere to open its sales stats.

There is also a new button in the dashboard header, next to Refresh. If something goes wrong, it writes a short report you can copy and paste on the feedback board. It has no design names, no sales figures, and no links to your pages, so it is safe to post in public.

This is a rebuild, so if anything looks off, use that button and tell me.
